Good Afternoon Jennifer,
Thank you so much for working with the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble to revise the
Letter of Agreement. I am sending you a copy of the signed agreement.
Currently we are planning a 12:45 call time to be ready for a 1:30 concert on
July 3. Let me know if you need anything on our end.
We should be set to play in July. We are getting used to these 100+
temperatures..., I think. : )

Yes, they're perfect. Thanks for your patience. Here is the revised Letter of
Agreement stating that the band will not be held responsible for paying the
difference if donations are less than the production cost.
I know your group has performed summer concerts many times. Are you ok
performing if the weather is 100+?

Good Morning Jennifer,
I am checking in to make sure that the information that I sent for marketing
the concert will work for you.
Also, I am checking to see if we can get an email to confirm that productions
fees will be waived if donations are not enough to cover the cost of
production. We are fine with donations going toward production costs. I want
to make sure that the band will not be held responsible for paying the
difference if donations are less than the production cost. Please let me know
if your church can do this.
