We should email the band with some details so that they have them in hand
before tomorrow's rehearsal. Please let me know if anything below needs
amendment. I noticed that the call time for Millwood is 9 instead of 9:15,
is that purposeful?

There will be less parking than there has been in the past due to
construction. If you would like to avoid trying to park or cannot find
parking, we will be shuttling players from the parking lot of Westminster
Presbyterian Church (3208 Exposition Blvd., but the entrance to the parking
lot is on Carlton Rd) to the Westminster Community. We hope to have the
last shuttle ride leave the Church parking lot by 6:10. If you are
stranded, lost, or unsure, please call Tom at 917-971-6419.
There is also a check-in procedure at Westminster which will take an
unknown amount of time per player. Please plan to get to this concert a
little bit early if possible.
