We will need to set up timpani and chimes for the Covenant concert. 7PM
start might work better. Either that or maybe we could have the percussion
located somewhere so it could be set up quickly.

I just need to confirm the times etc. for this concert. I have another
event requesting the Sanctuary for the PM and I am trying to make it work
for both groups. They will finish at about 6:00 PM and your show 6:30 for
a start.
These are small groups with minimal setup? Just wondering if we can make
this work.
