We could start at 6:30 and have a bit of an intermission, during which we could
arrange percussion. If we bring treats to have in the lobby, the audience will
probably not mind an intermission. 😊 Waterloo does that for all concerts. It’s
pretty popular.

I just need to confirm the times etc. for this concert. I have another event
requesting the Sanctuary for the PM and I am trying to make it work for both
groups. They will finish at about 6:00 PM and your show 6:30 for a start.
These are small groups with minimal setup? Just wondering if we can make this
work.
