Apologies for the delayed response. I looked at AISD's schedule and it
looks like they are back in session that Tuesday 1/10. With that in mind, I
think we can confirm 1/10 unless anyone has any objections. As for music
turn in, I think that it makes the most sense to collect the music after
the last concert to mitigate the risk of lost/forgotten folders with
everyone dispersing for the break. Jarred, if storage is an issue, I'm sure
we can find some accommodations, and there's no rush on your part to sort
it in a hurry. Again, we can absolutely coordinate some support to
alleviate the burden. I'm happy to touch base and discuss it with you at
break today to see what our best option is. Thanks all!

We haven't determined a date for Jan., but it makes sense to confirm
sooner than later. I'm also wondering:
- Will we have rehearsal on 12/20? If not, will we return music after
the Covenant concert on 12/18?
- How long does ACWE typically take between the holiday concerts and
the next season? If we do not rehearse on 12/20, and return on 1/17, that
would be ~4 weeks off.
