Hi All
I've received little response regarding critical items needed to complete
our contract for City of Austin funding. Everything needs to be completed
by Friday, November 9. That is next Friday.
I am going to assume everyone is OK with the budget spreadsheet I sent
out. If not, please speak up now.
I need the insurance documents the city requires.
The schedule below is what I plan to submit to the city. Spring and Summer
are purely speculative at this point. If any of that needs to change,
please let me know. It would be good if we could be a little more
confident of those plans by next Friday. Also, can we determine at least
general masterclass plans for the Spring? We were talking about flutes
and/or trumpets.

Spring Concerts: "Don’t Feed the Animals"
-May 11, 2019 (or other May date) at AISD or Westlake PAC
-May 5, 2019 (or other May date) at Covenant UMC
Patriotic Concerts:
-June 30, 2019 at Unity Church of the Hills
-July 3, 2019 at Westminster Manor
-July 4, 2019 at Steiner Ranch
