Probably not wonderful but could be okay. Some of the more heat-resistant
ones might even be okay for regen cooling. Rudolf Diesel sometimes ran his
prototype piston engines on peanut oil. Don't know that anybody's actually
tried it in a rocket.

Higher viscosity probably makes for larger propellant droplets, slower
combustion, longer L* needed for efficient combustion. Diesel engines running
on blends have issues (has been done). One reference:
