Perhaps. My multiple flight data suggests good lock on uBlox below 500 m/s. At
the ITAR limit a uBlox simply stops reporting.

Nada. Nothing.

As soon as velocity. drops below that limit it reports again seamlessly.

I do not know the limits of the uBlox algorithm but suspect in excess of ITAR
limits.

Factory tells me that it will report above spec limit of 50 km though with
diminished accuracy.

My theory is hardware just fine up to about 10g.

Software filtering.

Piksi interesting less for hardware but for open source software.

Needs to be 1/2 PPM so a really good clock...

Doppler shift kills that idea - rocket is travelling away from frequency
reference at high velocity. Some are using that for determining speed, so
it is noticable.

Out of curiosity... Has anyone considered a different frequency source
while under acceleration?

Freerunning PLL? Have a crystal on the ground transmitting the frequency?
