It's down in the 1/3"/sec range Ed with a similar burn rate exponent as
APCP propellants with equal to slightly higher ISP.
I love asphalt. It's a good hybrid fuel too with high regression rates.
I got the AFRL report just to find it. My computer hard drive took a dive
so I have to rebuild my database.
