Interesting. Any info on the process on start to finish? How about where
to get the asphalt products? What's the burn profile like? Can it be used
very easily in a moonburner or other besides bates? Any effects as far as
smoke or flame colors? Burn rate enhancers? Where can more info be found?
Does TRA allow these at research launches?

I got the AFRL report just to find it. My computer hard drive took a dive
