Your oxidizer flow rate is going to have a larger influence in the ability
to get something comparable in thrust and impulse to a M1575 motor. Pick
your favorite hydrocarbon/plastic/metal powder fuel grain of choice.
You can check your library for a copy of *Fundamentals of Hybrid Rocket
Combustion*, M. Chiaverini; K. Kuo.
