I used Molykote Z in the LOX valves of my rocket without incident. I used gloves and rubbed it on the ball and seats, then wiped off the excess.  I don't know if it reduced actuation forces though.

Ah yes, <https://www.tsmoly.com/molybdenum-disulfide-powder-moly-powder-technical-fine-grade-p-195.html> specifically cites "liquid oxygen valves" as a lubricant application for molybdenum disulfide powder.
