Nice design, I'm looking forward to seeing the results. If I get a chance I'd
like to test out both Lloyd's and your design as well. Its great that we now
have 3 readily available igniter designs for folks to play around with.

Lloyd and Graham got me interested, so I modelled a new version of the PR56
igniter.

Note that it has the same wetted surface contour, but I made the walls thinner
because its cheaper. One of the great parts of 3D printing for aero parts -
lighter is cheaper.
I ordered mine today, I'm interested to see how it turns out.

I had initially looked at making the igniter conventionally machine, but when I
looked at Shapeways with a $15.00 price and 2 week leadtime for the igniter I

It looks similar in design to yours, but the body is conventionally machined.
The fully dimensioned drawing is on the page for download. I've tested it
with gox/propane, gox/kerosene, and n20/propane.
I have an extra body ready to go if anyone would like to try it out
