Modify a domestic refrigerator/deep freeze. Or use it unmodified to cool
salt water, and pump the cooled salt water around the nitrous.
You can freeze stuff with a peltier, just about - but probably not in
the desert. They don't do large temperature differences well.
A related question: Any simple ways to equalize temperature between
the top and bottom of the rocket's oxidizer tank???
bubble gas in the bottom? Or stir.
