Video will help but that's not enough.

If you're worried about the difference between "perfect combustion"
and some subtle variation therefrom, you are deep in "performance
anxiety leads to premature optimization" territory (IMHO).

Especially with a peroxide motor, the best Isp comes fairly near
stoichiometric conditions, and the optimum is rather broad...
(LOX motors tend to have more of a "sweet spot" related to being
"just the right amount" fuel-rich.)
