I think in general it is a "ball lock pin" and T-handle is one option
for it.

“T-handle locking quick release pin”? Not a name I’ve heard before.
But that is it: contact me offline and we can discuss coming out to the
flight test.

I’ve a lifetime of using a certain speciality tool but find today—trying to
buy a few—that I’ve apparently never learned it’s name:
I’m looking for a “T” shaped tool w/ a push button center top that operates
two balls at opposite sides of the bottom of the “T” which balls sometimes
fit in detents put can just fit on the far side of a wall as well. The
result is to clamp two parts that can be easily unclamped by pushing the
center button whilst pulling the “T”.
Anyone know the name of this device? Where to buy a dozen? Invitation to
the flight test of my 6” solid for the first correct answer....
