I've worked on something like that for a large scale (25 kN) hybrid engine
(DMLS Titanium with Ytrria stabilized Zirconia Thermal Barrier Coating).
I'm probably not allowed to send you the actual code or documentation of
course, but if you send me an e-mail I can more or less tell you how we did
that aspect of the project.
