But if propane is stored at LOx temp it's density matches that of kerosene
and with higher performance.

I worked with 90% HTP at DSI in 2017-18, demonstrating direct injection
and ignition with a spark-torch igniter, no catpacks. We bought the
peroxide from Peroxychem <https://active-oxygens.evonik.com/en> (now
part of Evonik) with the usual stannate stabilizer which would poison
precious metal catalysts and destroy silver ones. The flight engines were
to use self-press propane for fuel, with the nozzle extension cooled with
the propane to ensure gaseous injection, but I used methane in the dev
engine for simpler handling.
I got some white spots on my hands occasionally and managed to get some
on my shirt and belly once, but quickly removed my shirt and rinsed it out
while swabbing my skin. It left me with a welt that lasted two days and
didn't even bleach my shirt. That served as a reminder to always wear my
tyvek PPE, bad engineer, no cookie.
With the stannate and keeping the HTP cold or even partially frozen, we
were confident we could support a two-year asteroid prospecting mission
without the HTP tank overpressurizing from decomposition.

The video quoted shows a logo for Ventura Energy Systems, and if I recall
(it’s been a few decades) that was Mark Ventura in the video. The Ventura
Energy Systems website shows some images of testing at the FAR site.
I don’t know others currently working with Peroxide. Paul Breed had been
with his lander project, but that work has ceased.
