Weather:
It was a beautiful day for hawk watching. We had a cool wind blowing from
the north, northwest at variable speeds. The cloud cover was about 90% at
the first hour, then gradually it cleared. There was very little haze and
visibility was great.
Raptor Observations:
Our best hours were 1-3 PM. Most hawks came by in small groups with only
one kettle exceeding 40 Broad-wings. Had great looks at the two Peregrine
Falcons.
Non-raptor Observations:
