[bcbirdclub] Late Post for Breaks Area

Garden Hole area of Breaks Int. Park 12-01-09. The only waterfowl present was 1
male Mallard. Only 1 Kingfisher on Laurel Lake. The Beaver Pond was where all
the action was. A feeder-flock of small birds included both Golden-crowned
Kinglet and Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Chickadees, Cardinals, and 1 male Rusty
Blackbird. 1 male and 3 female Green-winged Teal were found on the pond.
Red-bellied, Downy Woodpeckers and Red-shouldered Hawk were also found in the
area. There were also a couple of Song Sparrows and 1 White-throated Sparrow
found in about the same area around the pond.
