If I understood such legislation I would probably be wealthy.  What I
do know is that the issue we need to pay attention to is at the other
end.  Once some sort of tax is decided upon, what will the enforcement
look like.  In other words, can we collect?

During a private meeting Wednesday, President Biden proposed a new 15
percent minimum tax rate for corporations as a way to prevent dozens of
companies from paying little to no taxes. This comes after Republicans had
largely balked at his proposal to raise the corporate rate from 21 percent
to 28 percent. Negotiations are set to resume on Friday.
