Carl, may be cheaper to bite the bullet and buy another computer. If you go
onto Amazon and search for "renewed Windows 10 computer" you should find decent
deals in the 200 to 300 dollar range. As far as JAWS goes I think you can get
it as a subscription service now for $90 per year.
