Thanks Frank. That appears to be where I'm
headed. My support person is advising the same course of action.
This computer is at least 8 years old, so probably a different unit is
the way to go.

onto Amazon and search for "renewed Windows 10 computer" you should find
decent deals in the 200 to 300 dollar range. As far as JAWS goes I think you
can get it as a subscription service now for $90 per year.
