fact we are not even notified about them the only thing we are allowed to
comment on is alcohol licences I have double checked this with Karan which

Please note: There is no inclusion of 'Application Reference Numbers' as this
information was not provided to the Community Council, as awareness was
obtained due to the support of Elected Members and investigation of Community
Council Members.
If this is required information, if Local Authority Officers are able to
provide the Application Reference Number, we would be glad to include this in
time for Tuesday or Wednesday Response Date.
