If anyone would like to join a park activation and see how it's done, you may
want to join the RANV operators at Allis State Park today. No equipment needed,
just come come and operate.

This was a last minute plan, based on the fact that this park closes Labor
Day and won't be available after that (unless you walk up 0.6 miles).
Two things make this park notable
1. It is the "local" park for Central Vermont
2. It is also a SOTA site - we'll do a parallel SOTA activation as well.
Details
1. Show up at noon or after. We'll be there until at least 4
2. We'll set up one station. If more people show up, we can set up a second
station
3. Directions: I-89 Exit 5, VT64 W 2.8 miles, VT 12 S 4.4 miles, VT 65E
1.3 miles, Allis SP Rd.
4. Great WX promised - and the view from the file tower is spectacular
5. We'll monitor 145.15 and/or 145.47, if necessary
