The Steering Committee has agreed that CVARC needs to make some updates to the
bylaws (attached), and has also agreed to support repeal of the CVARC repeater
net usage policy (attached).
We will discuss these at the meeting tonight, but will not vote on them. At
the June meeting, we will continue the discussion and hold a vote on each.
This will allow plenty of time for review and discussion.
