Hi,

I've changed the heading of the discussion to reflect where we seem to be
going with this discussion. The link to the BCA policies page is:
http://wordpress.bca.org.au/polocy/
This page does contain a policy about the 8 steps to take when advocating
for a web site to be made accessible, but not  a list of the issues that
often arise - for example: colour schemes, use of PDF files, organization of
tables etc. All these issues have been mentioned in the last couple of days.
It does appear there is a need for a document to be developed.
