Government Usability Research Participants Wanted
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO), an Australian government agency,
would like to find out how people perceive, access and use government
services. To make sure we build services that meet the needs of a wide range
of Australians, we are doing research with people from all over Australia,
and from many different groups.
The purpose of this research project is to create a better digital experience
for those who use government service. We will be testing the design of
website prototypes by interviewing people as they interact with them.
We would like to speak to people with disabilities about their unique
challenges when applying for government services.
Interview sessions: 1 hour, one-on-one interview or group discussion.
Locations include Sydney, Canberra, or an alternative quiet location of your
choice. We can also do interviews over phone, email and skype.
Your stories and experiences will directly influence what we build. Part of
the interview may involve brainstorming different solutions to make sure that
we understand what you need from online government services.
Reimbursement: $90 gift card for 1 hour interview.
Research weeks: Mon 3rd Oct - Fri 7th Oct & Mon 17th Oct - Fri 21st Oct.
How to proceed: If you, or someone you know (with a disability) is interested
in being a part of our research, please contact:
