Dear Members
 

Monash City Council is undertaking a brief survey of local service providers in 
response to recommendations from service providers in 2012 (as part of the 
consultation process for the development of the Multicultural Action Plan 
2013-2017) and actions in Council's Multicultural Action Plan 2013-2017.

 

The aim of the survey is to indentify services and supports in Monash for small 
and emerging communities from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) 
backgrounds. In addition the information we receive will be:

 

·         Compiled into a report to be shared with all service provider 
organizations that participated in our survey

·         Used to enable partnerships for advocating on issues important to 
people from small and emerging communities

 

It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete survey and return by the 
31st July 2014.  It should not take more than 10/15 minutes.  

 

If you are not a local service provider or work for a local service provider 
organization please disregard this request.

 

In the meantime if you require any further information please do not hesitate 
to contact me.
