Hi everyone
Here is a survey about the development of an online outcomes tool to aid people
with disabilities in acquiring funding from government bodies to purchase
equipment and assistive technologies in their day to day lives.
The tool aims to streamline processes needed to apply for funding and help the
user in telling their personal story including how the equipment is a human
rights necessity.
The tool will assist the individual to express the need for the requested
equipment and make the funding process easier.
Students have developed this survey to help them understand your needs better.
