@Spain - your file does not agree with the British file, any clue what is the
difference? I loaded from game, not your file, hope we do not miss anything.

Austria:  Still my question remains, is the current Cossack counter removed or
not?
@laertespapaspyrou well, another 3 cossacks should have been added to the map
during the June levy step. I 'll do it during my reinf (2 will go to
anAstrakhan area and the last in a Georgia one). Why should the cossack west of
Nemirov be removed.
@dimitrisnikolaou1 If the remaining Cossack was the Crimean one it should be
removed and place 2 new Cossacks in Astrakhan and another 2 in Georgia but my
understanding is that the remaining Cossack is the Georgian one.

Cossacks do not have a territory they originate from after placement. We do not
"monitor" where they are from. You can lose different cossacks every turn and
always place new ones in the same spot in Odessa for example, as long as the
totals of Cossacks is respected. Think of it more as 'each territory can
support any 2 Cossacks', it is not like Turkish feudal where you track where
they are from and have to start from there again.
@makisxiroyannisgmailcom @yannis135 i checked the events table at game
maintenance file. i saw +1 to Russia from Norway but didn't see the -1 for
Prussia. on the cb file you describe it. so at the end of june prussia is 2
boxes left in ninstability on a 5 with +2. rules mention 8.1 as vicory points
step, where vps are recorded, and in 8.4 says about manipulatioin. if this is
the sequence and the +2 is applied before manipulation? if so then again
prussia should be at the 1st box in neutral zone
There was a -1 on you as well for Norway. Check conquest file before ECO:

Therefore you start at instability - 8, that is 3 boxes from Neutral zone. Then
you get +1 for manipulationThen you get +1 for political status adjustmentSo
you end at Instability 10
May I remind you (everyone has asked me at least once this!) that MANIPULATION
IS BEFORE POLITICAL ADJUSTMENTS:
