If it is true that English speakers did not do well on the modular Bagrut
then we have a problem. It is bad enough that there is no decent
standardized program for English speaker but now they must also suffer the
slings and arrows of an unfair Bagrut system which is biased against them.
If we are going to continue this module system then there should be a
separate Bagrut for English speakers based on the old format. It is time
that native speakers were no longer discriminated against in Israel.
