I'd like to add my voice of thanks and appreciation to those who organized and pulled off an amazingly successful conference. I was able to attend one day only, and kicked myself for not planning to be there for all three days. In just the one day, I managed to hear several outstanding lectures, attend one good workshop, and most importantly, renew friendships and see colleagues whom I haven't seen in years. One thing made me somewhat sad. I've been in Israel in the world of ELT for over 30 years, and during that time, ETAI has served as my community of practice, a source of inspiration, and an essential part of my professional development - an important part of my PLN, so to speak (personal learning network). I had the impression at the conference that, in general, the next generation of teachers was not well represented. I'm hoping that in years to come, new teachers will discover the wonderful support that ETAI provides. Thanks again to all who worked so hard to make the conference a success!
