Please note that dictionaries that have sound are OUT
Any device that translates sentences are OUT
Electronic devices that translate at the word level (including phrasal verbs)
are OK.
As of the year 2012 pupils will be able to work with specific Electronic
Dictionaries that have Ministry approval
