Greetings, all!
Sharon Tzur’s brilliant analysis hits many nails on the head, as they are
driven into the lid of the coffin of literature and the love of the English
language.
I suspect that the true goal of constructing a totally unsuitable exam for our
students is to convince the teachers to opt for the literature log. As others
have pointed out in previous posts, the MOE saves a considerable amount of
money by not having to actually execute the examinations for two modules. It is
so much more clever, and thrifty, to have the teachers do all the extra work
without having to pay them for it. Jimmy
