[etni] Extra meetings- question

Hi. My school, a grade 7-12 school, has two parent nights, when parents
come to speak with teachers about their kids' progress. One night is 4
hours, and one, 2 nights later, is 3 hours, both after full days of
teaching. I'm not in Ofek, but many of the other teachers are. Is this a
reasonable expectation of the school?
Please do not respond with diatribes and complaints. I'm simply interested
in what other schools do and if I could tell the homeroom teachers that I
will only be available for some of the hours.
