A few of my students called me saying that they hadn't been able to get
their grades on the Internet.
They put in their username, their identification number and their
password, but kept getting a message that one of the details was wrong.
They called our school secretary, who told them to call the Ministry
of Education. They called and no one could help them!
They are, obviously, frustrated by this... and so am I! Any
suggestions?
