Hi Yulya,
Three point students in the 12th grade don't have to take any part of the test
in the winter. They can take all three modules, ABand C in the summer. For A
they have to do a performance task, literature and extensive reading. For B/C
they have a project, literature and extensive reading. The exact requirements
are up on anglit.net and in the new NBA handbook. They are also in a letter to
principals on anglit.net. You may want your kids to do one of the modules,
perhaps A, in the winter and the rest in the summer. Personally, after my
experience, I do not recommend sending 3 point pupils to part of the bagrut in
the winter. They seem to think that after the module they are tested on in the
winter, they are finished and lose steam preparing for the final module/s. I
think the best way to work with three pointers is module A at the end of 11th
grade and BC at the end of 12th, all summer. For a weak 3 point group, I'd have
them do ABC at the end of 12th grade. However, I would do the performance task
for A in the eleventh grade amd the project about two months into 12th grade.
I'd spread all the other lit and extensive reading throughout the years.
Again, this isn't an official answer, just an opinion based on my experience.
