I wonder if someone could help me.
I am sure this question has arisen before ,but I am not an etni member.
I have been an English teacher for the last 15 years this year I started a
new school, and my new principal wants me to join Ofek. The problem being
that I am studying 2 days a week and am unable to meet the hours required
for Ofek. In the mean time I have been advised not to work Ofek hours at all
because I will be taking a serious drop in salary. Does anybody have any
information in English so that I can compare the real differences between
Ofek and the regular Min of Education hours.
