Adi was correct when she mentioned question 4 on the D exam is problematic. 
(See cut and paste below for her posting.) I too believe that this question 
is faulty.

To remind you, the question was,
"What information is given about both Morgan and Birdseye?""

 " How they benefited from their invention" is obviously correct. The second 
choice  is unclear in my opinion.
"How they got the ideas for their invention" and "In which countries their 
inventions are used." are the only options that are not obviously INCORRECT, 
but the above options are both faulty.

We have no idea how Morgan got the idea for his invention. I understood the 
wording to mean in technical terms how did he come up with the idea for his 
automatic traffic light. (We are only given the facts about Birdseye's 
invention.) The fact that there was a need for such lights is not, in my 
opinion, how he got the idea. Knowing there is a necessity for something is 
not how you got the idea for the invention. Rather, that explains what 
prompted Morgan to invent what he did.

The second answer is also faulty, obviously, because "All over the world" 
does not accurately answer "In which countries."

Hence, I feel that the question is unclear and both answers should be 
accepted. What do you all think?

D - question 4.
maybe i am too tired, but i can't seem to answer this. one answer is
v (in row a) : How they benefited (both got money).
second answer - ???
i - how they got the idea - fine for birdseye, but not really correct
for morgan. he wanted to solve a problem - but HOW did he get the
idea? was he driving along one day, got stuck in traffic and ...? i
don't see it.
ii - hard to produce - not relevant for either one.
iii - what problems caused - NO (too bad it doesn't say "solved". )
iv - how long - not mentioned.
vi - which countries - "all over / around the world" isn't a country.

so i suppose the answer is supposed to be i, but does anyone else
think this is problematic?
