Is anyone seriously suggesting that we speak to our pupils in a fake Israeli
accent? Even if we could do the accent properly, which most of us probably
can't, how will they ever learn to speak correctly? They need to learn
English in order to communicate with non-Hebrew speakers, so what would be
the point? I think it's important to expose them to different native English
accents (American, British, etc.) - those are the accents they need to
understand.
