All teachers deserve a higher wage. No discussion about that. All classes
should have no more than 20 -25 pupils in them. (People hardly speak about
that.) I am not even sure which is more important.
Now to the issue of the projects and the oral bagrut:
If the sanctions say not to do projects then you cannot and should not test
that part of the exam. The oral exam is an interview and talk about a
project. Those are the Ministry's requirements. Doing anything else is
dishonest. If you want to carry out the sanctions, fine. But you have to
carry them out to the end otherwise you are defeating your purpose. .
The projects in the total bagrut are worth 12 points. I wouldn't sell my
integrity or my kids integrity for 12 points. (even my own children). This
whole discussion on how to lie and whether a lie is really a lie or not....
What is happening to us?
