If the elementary schools don't strike, fat chance anything will come of the
high school strike. Who cares if teenagers are alone at home, but if the 1st
graders are on strike - you've got a lot of young parents really annoyed
when they have to take kids to work! It's like when I was a librarian - who
cares if the libraries strike? But joining forces with the elementary
school...
