If you belong to the Irgun then the "mikdamat reforma" is an advanced
payment on the agreement that they are supposed to sign by the end of June.
If the Irgun doesn't reach an agreement then you will not get the "miksamat
reforma" which consists on giving one hour individual tutoring "partani".
The irgun will keep us posted.
If you belong to the Istadrut then you are obliged to work according to the
agreement that has been signed today (Ofek Hadash) and you get the advanced
payment for joining Ofek Hadash. I know the histradrut has been saying that
a teacher can choose if he or she wants to join the new reform but I suspect
they haven't been telling the truth - if you are a member of the Histadrut
you have to accept their agreement. Primary school teachers have no choice
but to accept Ofek Hadash, Junior High school and High school teachers can
move to the Irgun and hope Ran Erez will sign a better agreement
