I sincerely hope that the Misrad Chinuch will send out an official letter to
ALL schools informing them of the increase in hours of English and that they
will encouraged to comply with the regulations. This needs to come not only
from the office of Judy Steiner for it to be effective and enforced. It will
benefit our students.
