Barry is right as usual.
Most of the teachers in my school are over 50 (yours truly included) and we 
used to rush off and do gmuls till we were blue in the face.
We all have reached our max too.
What will we get for the hours we put in for this course we are being forced 
to take?
(Mitzi we ARE being forced if we are told we cannot continue to teach a 
certain module without doing the course)
