First, no one has been forced to take the training course this summer. Second, those who choose to do so are getting gmul, just as they do after taking any teacher-training course. Finally, though we are all entitled to our informed opinions about the new module and how much extra work it will or will not force the teachers to do, I think that it is only reasonable that those who negotiate what we are willing to do, should do so with full knowledge of the requirements of the module. Do keep in mind that those who participated in the pilot program and actually tried it out with students, were largely in favor of the program, and some even chose to try it with a second group of students, though it was entirely optional, and they could have gone back to having those students take the F exam.
