I totally agree with Nina and Sharon Tsur and am not afraid to state that I 
will test on English fluency and accuracy. That is what the Oral Bagrut is 
supposed to test. The sham is going on with this endless discussion about 
honesty. The dishonesty and manipulation seems to come from the Ministry of 
Education, not the teachers who have not done the projects because of
