Do you remember the discussion about "the" ... While looking through the
class grammar book I found that.. "The" isn't used with proper nouns.....
"but sometimes it is"..(2 examples but no explanation!!!
We usually say "On Sukkot..." or "On Chanukah.."...... when ,if ever, can
you say,
"At Chanukah..."
