Here's a question:  If teachers are laid off because students perform
poorly, then why isn't this Ms. Rhee held accountable for the alleged
poor performance of her teachers?  Can't she do a better job of
training her employees?  Or does the concept of accountability run its
course by the time it reaches Ms. Rhee's level?  I enjoy the posting
